MARCOPOLO INAUGURATES ITS CUSTOMER SPACE
A 600 m² structure was designed to provide customers with a better service experience and product delivery
Seeking to further improve its customers’ experience when visiting the factory, Marcopolo inaugurated the Customer Space this week. Located at the Ana Rech unit, the newly built structure has an area of 600 m² and holds up to three vehicles. It has meeting rooms set up for videoconferences, a seats and coverings showroom and is equipped with all the necessary resources for the configuration and delivery processes of their models. Another aspect that stands out in the design of the new space is the lighting. To carry out delivery inspections, a state-of-the-art system was installed with the aim of ensuring optimal technical conditions.
According to André Armaganijan, Marcopolo´s Strategy and International Business director, the Customer Space raises service levels and was designed to provide the brand’s customers with better service when negotiating and delivering products providing the opportuning to see, touch, try out components and coverings. “This is another initiative that reinforces our values of Customer Satisfaction and Making It Happen with Excellence. As a body manufacturer with global presence, a leader in Latin America and relevant participation in other markets, such as the continent of Africa, we want our customers’ journey to be positive and outstanding from closing the order to delivery of the product, while maintaining a close relationship after delivery as well”, says the executive reinforcing that the company is resuming deliveries to both domestic and foreign market customers, observing the health and government agency guidelines regarding the prevention measures of the Covid-19 pandemic.
The first delivery made at the Customer Space was a 43-seat Paradiso New G7 1800 DD model for Transportes Spazzini, from Erechim/RS. “The structure made available by Marcopolo for the delivery of its products really demonstrates the valorization of its products, allowing the checking of important items and the internal configuration of the vehicle”, comments Moacir Spazzini, director of the company that has been operating for 31 years and has been a customer of Marcopolo for 12.
