
Five different operators have acquired the brand’s models
Volare, a national leader in the production of micro buses and a brand belonging to Marcopolo S.A., expands its presence in the international market with the export of nine vehicles to different operators in Costa Rica. The vehicles, all Fly 9 models, will be used to transport tourists around the country.
“The demand for Volare models has grown abroad, especially in countries in Latin America and Africa. This demonstrates the success of the product due to its robustness, operational efficiency and greater comfort and safety for passengers”, explains Vinicius Rene Tregansin, commercial manager of the foreign market.
The nine Fly 9 micro buses were acquired by the companies Joke Vision, Metrocop, BBM BIS S.A., Rovicsa and Trans Zumo, have different configurations and will be delivered in August. Five units for Joke Vision and one each for Metrocop, BBM BIS S.A., Rovicsa and Trans Zumo.
The five micro buses for Joke Vision have a total length of 9,150mm and capacity for 31 passengers in Executive seats, with USB sockets for charging. They are equipped with a Spheros air conditioning system, electronic destination sign, audio and video system with Actia video monitor in the passenger area, radio, Selector Panel and loudspeaker.
The Rovicsa, Trans Zumo and BBM BIS units have a total length of 9,150mm and a capacity of 32 passengers, with executive (Rovicsa and BBM BIS) and half-sleeper (Trans Zumo) seats, all with USB sockets for charging. They are equipped with air conditioning and audio and video systems with dual zone DVD, Actia monitor, speakers, radio and special lighting in the aisle.
The micro bus produced for Metrocop has a total length of 8,585mm and capacity for 27 passengers in Executive seats, with USB sockets. The vehicle has a lift for total accessibility, audio and video system with dual zone DVD, Actia monitor, speakers.
